As a student, having access to reliable technical support is essential for your academic success. Whether you’re facing issues with your student account, email, or online learning tools, the IT Helpdesk at Okanagan college is here to assist you. Here are the different ways you can contact them for support:

By phone 

If you need immediate assistance, you can call one of the help desk technicians by dialing:

Toll-Free: 1-866-839-4032 

This option is ideal if you need immediate assistance troubleshooting an issue with your account, software, or access to college services. 

By email  

For non-urgent technical support, you can send an email to support@okanagan.bc.ca. This method allows you to describe your issue in detail and receive a response from the IT team. 

By chat 

Need quick assistance but don’t want to call? You can start a chat session with an IT help desk technician online. Simply click the “start a chat session” button on the IT Helpdesk webpage to begin a conversation with a technician.
